This although does eat into our profits big time, but we still choose to do so as we understand how annoying any additional charges can be on checkout, this is why we are willing to make less, just so our customer satisfaction rates remain high and we can provide them with value like no one else!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING how ever is not free, and we charge a fee depending on what part of the world you happen to be ordering from
We although, still charge much less for what the international shipping satchel costs us.
CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
We apologise if your order has been delayed due to this Delta outbreak, shipping companies have been taking much longer than usual wait times as flights in and out of Australia have been limited, due to this, even the big logistical companies such as TNT & DHL have succumbed to the virus and the delays its bringing.
We’re so sorry for any inconvenience due to delays in receiving your order, we’d like to assure our customers we’re trying our best to get their orders out to them on time, even in such unfortunate circumstances.

REFUND POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CTS and its representatives rely on the information given to us by you, the customer. Any accidental typing errors, entry of information (verbal or typed), are not grounds for refunds or exchanges. If you return your item without authorisation, you are responsible for all shipping costs to have the item returned to you.
If it is a provable error or defect on the product, photographic evidence will be required to be emailed to customtyresau@gmail.com If approved, you will either be eligible for an exchange, upgrade, or store credit. No refunds will be able to be processed whatsoever. Should an error require a refund/exchange/store credit, the appropriate amount will be processed within 3 business days.
Due to the nature of our product, no returns are accepted for standard or custom orders! We cannot resell these kits as they are custom made to fit your specific tyre, we can only refund the cost of the glue and tyre prep cleaner (if you sent the item back), in rare cases we may also be able to refund 50% of the material cost back to you.
